1. Service Description
Welcome to hejomavisolulid.mobi, a software as a service (SaaS) platform operated by hejomavisolulid.mobi. 5. Content Ownership
All content, features, and functionality on the services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, are the exclusive property of hejomavisolulid.mobi or its licensors and are protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the services for your personal or internal business use only. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of the services or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of the services or its contents; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

6. User-Generated Content
Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise transmit content through the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant hejomavisolulid.mobi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in any media.
You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that the content does not violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights. hejomavisolulid.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed in such content.
We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content at our sole discretion without notice.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges as specified at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these Terms.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall hejomavisolulid.mobi, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers, or their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the services.
In no event shall hejomavisolulid.mobi’s total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
10. Termination
These Terms are effective until terminated by either you or hejomavisolulid.mobi. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. hejomavisolulid.mobi may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Termination of your account does not relieve you of any obligation to pay any outstanding fees or charges incurred prior to termination.
